Eccoci qui con il secondo post della giornata che ho deciso di scrivere per potervi segnalare un evento che ha avuto inizio stamane e terminerà dopodomani (il 25) a Milano durante la Fashion Week attualmente in corso, alla quale purtroppo non posso partecipare!

Polish Street Style in a book

Leggendo i fashion blog polacchi che più amo sono venuta a conoscenza di un’ottima iniziativa tutta made in Poland che segue un po’ la scia del lavoro di Scott Schuman di The Sartorialist, ovvero creare un libro con le foto in alta qualità dei migliori bloggers e streetstylers polacchi trovati in giro.

Reading polish fashion blogs that I love the most I got awared of an excellent initiative made in Poland which follows a lil’ bit Scott Schuman’s (from The Sartorialist) work, that is the creation of a book with high quality pictures of the best polish fashion bloggers and streetstylers found round and about.

Il libro “Fashion People – Poland” (che nasce da un progetto di Dorota Wróblewska) dovrebbe essere pubblicato al momento della partenza della Warsaw Fashion Street 2011 (appena riesco a scoprire le date mi attivo!) e spero tanto di riuscire ad averne una copia il più presto possibile in modo da potervela mostrare!

The book “Fashion People - Poland” (born from a project by Dorota Wróblewska) should be published at the time of departure of the Warsaw Fashion Street 2011 (I’ll tell you the dates as soon as I find them!) and so I hope to be able to get a copy as soon as possible in order to show you it!

Tribute To Fashion

In questi giorni avrete di sicuro intravisto la pubblicità di questa iniziativa da qualche parte. Finalmente sono riuscita ad avere delle immagini decenti, tutto grazie a Glamour. Sto parlando del Coca Cola Light Tribute To Fashion, ovvero otto stilisti che vestono delle bottiglie di Coca Cola Light come se fossero delle modelle e che grazie ad un’asta devolvono in solidarietà all’Abruzzo i proventi. Niente male no?Molto creativo soprattutto!
Le trentadue creazioni sono visibili per le vie di Milano dal 25 settembre e otto di loro saranno commercializzate e in vendita in taglia normale.

In these days you’ve certainly seen the advs of this initiative somewhere.Finally I made it to have some decent photos, thanks to Glamour.I’m talking about Coca Cola Light Tribute to Fashion, eight fashion designers which dress some bottles of Coca Cola Light as they were models and thanks to an auction they give the earnings of this action to Abruzzo’s earthquake’s victims. Not bad right?Very creative!
The thirtytwo bottles can be seen through the streets of Milan from the 25 September and eight bottles will be sold in a normal size.
